About me
Experience and Professionalism
After living in Germany for 12 years, I decided to return to my home country. I graduated in International Finance in Berlin and worked as a Business Development Manager at an international American bank. However, I felt that this was not truly my path. As I approached my 30th birthday, I decided to follow my intuition. I left my job and went to volunteer in Kenya. I lived in a shelter for survivors of domestic violence, where I taught English and cared for local children. After another exciting week of traveling and exploring the country and Kenyan culture, I flew to the birthplace of yoga — Rishikesh, India — where I completed a 200-hour Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga teacher training accredited by the World Yoga Association.
After returning to Germany from my journey, I enrolled in a Life and Business Coaching program accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). At the same time, I completed a second Master’s degree in General Psychology at Sofia University. Alongside my life coaching practice and work with individual clients, I also began working as a business coach at ILC International, where we provide corporate business training programs.
The coaching I offer is based on Internal Family Systems (IFS), integrated with a psychological approach and regulating practices such as breathing techniques and guided meditation. The topics I work with include developing self-esteem, overcoming self-sabotaging patterns and inner criticism, building self-trust, and cultivating confidence, calmness, and a sense of security in everyday life. My sessions are a safe space where you can openly express what you feel and be met with understanding, empathy, and encouragement for self-exploration. The clients I work with come from diverse professional backgrounds — from executives in international corporations to young professionals seeking greater clarity around their goals
My Values
Mission
I truly believe that coaching can work wonders, and I would love for more people to experience its power. Unlike therapy, which often focuses on past trauma, coaching is centered around our goals and the concrete steps needed to achieve them.
To help you experience the impact of coaching for yourself, I’ve included two photos below — one taken before and one after a coaching session during the time when I myself was still in training and being coached by one of my German colleagues. At the end of the session, she exclaimed, “You’re glowing!” I turned on my phone’s front camera to look at myself, and it was true. You can see the difference in my expression after the coaching session in the photos below.
