1. Nature of Services. marinovamethod.eu provides life and business coaching services intended to support personal growth, goal-setting, and professional development. Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing a mental health condition or medical issue, please consult a licensed professional. The Client acknowledges that coaching outcomes depend on personal effort, and no specific results, income, or life changes are guaranteed.
2. Bookings & Payment. All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the methods provided on our website. Prices are listed in [EUR] and are subject to change without prior notice. Once payment is made, the Client receives access to the agreed number of sessions within the stated package timeframe.
3. Cancellations & Refunds. Clients may reschedule a session with at least [24/48] hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice ("no-shows"), will be forfeited. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and are generally not provided for services already rendered or for change of mind. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to nora@marinovamethod.eu.
4. Client Responsibilities. The Client agrees to attend sessions on time, engage honestly, and take full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken during and after the coaching relationship. The Client acknowledges that they retain complete control over their life and business choices.
